Sales and Marketing
Unlike similar organisations, IPPAG sharing does not limit itself to purchasing. The communication channels between members are fully open and all members are very keen to gain expertise and competences in all key business areas. Having similar profiles, IPPAG members share common clients and sales targets. Therefore, the focus on gaining better sales efficiency as a group rather than an individual is high. IPPAG members provide their services to numerous international brands on a global basis, and regional or joint partnerships on key accounts are common. Exchanges can involve product ideas, novelties, exclusive items, case stories and innovative marketing schemes. From 2009 onwards, a new ‘Sales Academy’ meeting will be held each year, so each member's best sales representatives can also fully benefit from meeting and exchanging with their International colleagues. Each member's marketing and graphics staff interact with each other to share the best of their creative ideas. Every summer, IPPAG assembles its marketing managers for 48 hours of shared brainstorming. This year's marketing meeting will be held in Brussels at the end of July.
