IPPAG members meet several times a year to discuss current projects, present best items and case stories and to exchange their market knowledge and know-how.

  • PSI fair, January, Dusseldorf, Germany
  • Canton fair, April, Canton, China
  • Annual meeting in a host country: August / September
  • Yearly Sales Academy: uniting the members' best sales representatives
  • Yearly Marketing managers meeting
These meetings are the high points of the IPPAG calendar and are very productive:
  • each member makes a presentation sharing their best case studies, best success stories, most interesting projects, best and new items, supplier recommendations and business tips
  • the committee presents all current Ippag projects and information, and leads debates, group discussions and brainstorming
  • IPPAG regularly invites a selection of Industry specialists, suppliers, marketing advisers, partners, etc... to participate in the network of exchanges
 
Members continue to exchange on a daily basis throughout the year on specific projects, product sourcing, or shared clients, using the IPPAG intranet system: a specifically designed communication platform containing IPPAG databases and tools for all business areas (sales, purchasing, graphics, marketing, etc.).
 
This platform concentrates all of IPPAG's invaluable sourcing data, gathered from decades of purchasing experience in all continents.
When a member needs a specific product from the best supplier: they can rely on the Ippag network to find it, with a few clicks.

As well as the numerous suppliers documented in IPPAG’s shared sourcing database, IPPAG has also created a system of Preferred Premium Partners or PPP suppliers that is unique in the promotions business. There are 30+ plus suppliers in this network, covering all product ranges. All of these suppliers have a long standing partnership with IPPAG and have been carefully selected to represent the best in terms of reliability, service, prices and quality. The PPPs all work along the guidelines of IPPAG’s Code of Conduct, and are all undergoing social auditing in 2009 / 2010.
 
WHY IS IPPAG SPECIAL?

Unlike similar organisations, IPPAG sharing does not limit itself to purchasing:
The communication channels between members are fully open, and all members are very keen to share expertise and competences in all key business areas.
  • Having similar profiles, IPPAG members share common clients and sales targets. Therefore, the focus on gaining better sales efficiency as a group rather than an individual is high.IPPAG members provide their services to numerous international brands on a global basis, and regional or joint partnerships on key accounts are common.
  • Each member's marketing and graphics staff also interact with each other to share the best of their creative ideas. Needs and vision are so compatible that IPPAG publishes it’s own international marketing magazine and newsletters which focus on current trends, market events and the group’s best operations: SALES UP
  • The managers and owners of each IPPAG member company all share common goals and face the same daily challenges: their high levels of exchange allow them to learn how to better themselves and their companies though the experiences of others. An IPPAG manager is a globally aware manager. And an IPPAG company is not just limited to its local knowledge and experience: each member is an active part of a bigger and stronger entity.
 
WHY ARE IPPAG MEMBERS AHEAD OF THE REST?

As well as having a well established and enforced Code of Conduct, and being a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact Initiative, in 2009/2010 IPPAG is implementing a unique and advanced CSR Corporate Social Responsibility program. In response to increasing demands from major clients and international brands, and in line with IPPAG’s commitment to responsible importing, certified social audits will be carried out with many of Ippag's ‘PPP’ suppliers, and Ippag is also focusing its general sourcing on audited factories. This gives IPPAG the most appropriate and the best of capabilities in terms of insuring high quality and safe sourcing for all products.
 
Ippag is not just an association: it's a 'label': that gives each of its members valued and verified recognition within the promotions industry.
