IPPAG in 2018: Cheers!

At the occasion of the PSI Promotional Gifts fair in Dusseldorf, IPPAG had the pleasure of welcoming its members and partners to a cocktail reception to kick off the year.

This event also served to officially launch IPPAG’s new communication for 2018: with the groups activities being focused on 4 key elements:

Case stories, member insights, market know-how, best practices, Partner Suppliers, supply chain, data, resources, group initiatives…

Meetings, workshops, webinars, training, communities, blogs, information and education hub…

Future of the Industry, Think tank, Management models, Trends and marketing…

CSR, Partner Supplier network, BSCI implementation…

Social Project: the IPPAG Award

The 80+ participants were invited to celebrate the New Year with a full mixology course: ranging from classic cocktails to some more experimental ones!

Not forgetting the ‘IPPAG cocktail’ used to promote and reflect IPPAG’s values:

23 of our 32 member companies travel to Germany for the PSI fair  (whilst many other of our member companies travel to the PPAI fair which is held during the same week in the US), and IPPAG also uses this as an opportunity to hold various group meetings:

-General Managers convened on January 8th to continue discussions on the future of our Industry and IPPAG’s projects for 2018.These include the continuation of our BSCI program: with more central audits carried out by IPPAG and more individual members joining the initiative.  As well as IPPAG’s ambitious new Social Project: the ‘IPPAG Convergences Awards’ (more info will be published about this in February).

– On the following days, IPPAG purchasing and CSR staff assembled to exchange best practices under the guidance of our newly appointed CSR Consultant Miss Elin Axelsson.

– IPPAG’s marketing teams also came together to share their best campaigns for the past year and set up collaboration plans for the new year.

– And finally, IPPAG’s 50 + fair visitors met to share the best products they had discovered during the 3 day fair: many of which you will be seeing in our upcoming IPPAG trend book…
